Description

CD28 involved in T-cell activation, the induction of cell proliferation and cytokine production and promotion of T-cell survival. Enhances the production of IL4 and IL10 in T-cells in conjunction with TCR/CD3 ligation and CD40L costimulation. BioVision’s CD28 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of CD28 in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants in 90 minutes. The density of color is proportional to the amount of CD28 captured from the samples.

Alternate Name: N/A

Tag Line: A rapid sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of CD28 in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatnat and other biological fluids

Summary: • Detection method- Absorbance (450 nm) • Species reactivity- Human • Application- quantitative measurement of CD28 in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and other biological fluid.

Detection Method: Absorbance (450 nm)

Sample Type: Human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

Species Reactivity: Human

Applications: This ELISA kit is used for quantitative measurement of CD28 in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids.

Features & Benefits: Easy, convenient and time-saving method to measure the level of IGF-2 in human serum, plasma, culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The entire assay can be performed within 90 minutes with with fewer incubation and wash step respectively, resulting in less errors and more consistent results. Detection Range: 0.1 - 8 ng/ml Sensitivity: < 0.01 ng/ml Assay Precision: Intra-Assay: CV < 10%; Inter-Assay: CV < 12% (CV (%) = SD/mean X 100) Cross Reactivity: No significant cross-reactivity or interference between this analyte and its analogues was observed.
