Background Information: CD177 is a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked N-glycosylated cell surface glycoprotein. CD177 contains two UPAR/Ly6 domains. CD177 is highly expressed in normal bone marrow and weakly expressed in fetal liver. Neutrophil-specific CD177 is a heterophilic binding partner of PECAM-1 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1). This interaction mediates neutrophil transmigration.
Amino acid sequence: The target protein is expressed with the sequence (Met1-Gly407) of human CD177 (Accession #NP_065139.2.) fused with a Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus
Handling: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Usage: For Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans
