Biological activity: Human CD3 epsilon & CD3 delta Heterodimer Protein was immobilized at 0.5 µg/ml (100 µl/well). Dose response curve using Anti-hCD3E/CD3D Ab foralumab gave an EC₅₀ of 21.69 ng/ml by ELISA. Human CD3 epsilon & CD3 delta Heterodimer Protein was Immobilized at 0.1 µg/ml (100 µl/Well). Dose response curve using Anti-hCD3E/CD3D Ab OKT3 gave an EC₅₀ of 21 ng/ml by ELISA.

Results: N/A

Binding Capacity: Immobilized OKT3 MAb at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD3E & CD3D, His Tag with a linear range of 0.625-5 μg/mL

Background Information: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 delta & CD3 epsilon chain, also known as CD3D & CD3E or CD3D&CD3E respectively, are single-pass type I membrane proteins. CD3D, together with CD3- epsilon (CD3E), CD3-gamma and CD3-zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T cell receptor-CD3 complex. T cell receptor-CD3 complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways.

Amino acid sequence: CD3E (Asp 23-Asp 126) and CD3D (Phe 22-Ala 105) (Fc tag at C-terminal)

Handling: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
