Reconstitution Instructions: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS (pH7.4) to a stock solution of 400 µg/ml. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. Carrier protein (0.1% (W/V) HSA or BSA) is recommended for further dilution and long term storage.
Background Information: Regulates macrophage activation. Inhibits T-helper type 1 lymphocyte (Th1)-mediated auto- and alloimmune responses and promotes immunological tolerance. May be also involved in T-cell homing. Receptor for LGALS9.
Amino acid sequence: Ser 22 - Arg 220
Handling: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
